The Gold Full-Day Card provides you with two 420-minute sessions of uninterrupted tattoo work, giving you the perfect opportunity to bring complex and detailed designs to life. During each session, you'll experience a relaxed and comfortable environment, with regular breaks to stretch, enjoy a coffee or tea, and even take time for a snack. These sessions are structured to ensure that both you and the artist can maintain focus and stamina, allowing us to complete the planned area of work with precision and care.

The extended 7-hour timeframe allows us to make significant progress on your tattoo, ensuring that even the most intricate designs are executed with attention to detail, while also providing you with an enjoyable and engaging experience throughout the process.

During your Gold Half-Day Card sessions, we will capture two professional photos of your tattoo from various angles, highlighting every intricate detail. Additionally, you'll receive a 4k social media story, perfect for sharing your tattoo journey in high definition. These high-quality images not only document your experience but also allow you to showcase your new tattoo with pride.

We believe the journey doesn’t end with your tattoo session. Deposit and Cancellation Policy

 

This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the payment and non-refundable nature of deposits for services provided by WANDAL ART, located at 217 Longley Road, London, SW17 9LG, UK. By purchasing or scheduling a tattoo session, the client (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “the Client”) agrees to the following terms.

 

Non-Refundable Deposit

 

Upon payment of a deposit for any tattoo service, including but not limited to the Gold Member Program, You acknowledge and accept that the deposit is strictly non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of whether a final agreement or contract for the tattoo service is executed, or the session is canceled, rescheduled, or not completed for any reason.
 

Once a deposit is made, it serves as a commitment to secure the appointment and the artist’s time. Should You decide not to proceed with the tattoo service or fail to attend the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited in full.

 

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
 

In the event that You need to reschedule a confirmed appointment, You must provide at least 7 days' notice prior to the scheduled session. Failure to provide adequate notice, or cancellation within less than 7 days of the appointment, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits may not be transferred to future appointments unless rescheduling is made within the notice period stated herein.

The Company will consider an appointment canceled only once formal written or verbal communication has been received and acknowledged. If You cancel an appointment without following the proper procedure, the deposit will be automatically forfeited, and no further claims for its recovery will be entertained.

 

Limitations on Deposit Use
 

Deposits paid for a specific tattoo session may not be applied toward other services, gift purchases, or promotions, nor can they be combined with any other offer. The deposit is solely for the purpose of securing the agreed tattoo session and the associated time slot with the artist.

 

Client Acknowledgment
 

By paying the deposit, You confirm that You have read, understood, and accepted this policy in its entirety. This policy, once accepted by You, constitutes a legally binding agreement between You and WANDAL ART.
 

The Company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website, www.saintwandal.com.
 

Any disputes arising from this policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

This is a legal requirement, and we reserve the right to request valid identification to verify age. By purchasing or booking this service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Health Considerations
 

While we maintain the highest hygiene standards with sterilized and mostly single-use equipment, we kindly ask that you inform us of any medical conditions, including high body temperature, that may affect your ability to receive a tattoo. Please also notify us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as we must ensure it is safe to proceed. Your health and safety are our top priorities.
